we HAVE invested our time into setting up a Training Department working alongside some excellent Training providers to help individuals obtain the relevant qualifications within the Security Industry to further their career.
Almost 95% of the time we here at Legacy Resources move on to employ the students who have been trained by our Training Team and received their appropriate certification because we know they have been trained well and we are confident that they would represent Legacy Resources in a reliable manner.
We run regular Training Courses which are always filled to their capacity so we suggest each Student completes booking procedure as quickly as possible in order to secure their place.

Level 2 Award
Basic life support for adults and children:
For those individuals looking to learn essential life support for adults and children. The qualification may support a role in a workplace across any industry, particularly health care, or those participating in any form of social, leisure or sporting activities. This qualification primarily aims to give learners personal growth and engagement in learning.
Level 2 Award
Essential First Aid:
This Qualification provides learners with the knowledge required to support, competent first aiders, qualification provides an awareness of key skills, It is ideal for those who are unable to perform the role of a first aider but would still benefit from having first aid knowledge. This is a qualification that gives learners’ personal growth and engagement in learning.
Level 3 Award
First Aid (Annual Refresher):
This Qualification is aimed at those who have completed a workplace first aider qualification as outlined in the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982, and who are refreshing their knowledge and skills as outlined in the above regulation. This qualification will support a role in the workplace.
Level 3 Award
First Aid at work:
This Qualification develops the learner’s knowledge, understanding and skills in delivering first aid in the workplace and will support a role in the workplace. This Qualification meets the requirements for First Aid at work as outlined in the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982.

Paediatric First Aid:
This Qualification is aimed at those in employment or seeking to enter employment in an early year setting. The qualification develops the learner’s skills, knowledge and understanding of a range of paediatric first aid situations and will support a role in an early year setting where performing paediatric first aid may be required. The qualification meets the requirements of the “Statutory framework for the early years’ foundation stage: Setting the standards for learning, development, and care for children from birth to five”(April 2017).

Emergency Paediatric First Aid:
This Qualification is aimed at those in employment or seeking to enter, employment in an early year setting. The qualification develops the learner’s, skills, knowledge and understanding of a range of Emergency Paediatric first, aid situations and will support a role in an early year setting where performing paediatric first aid may be required. The qualification meets the requirements of the “Statutory framework for the early year’s foundation stage: Setting the standards for learning, development, and care for children from birth to five”(April 2017).
Level 3 Award
Responding to Anaphylactic Reactions:
This Qualification is aimed at those individuals at significant risk of having an anaphylactic reaction, including children. The qualification has been mapped to current Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines, It will also support a role in the workplace.

Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry:
This Qualification is aimed at individuals who require a license to work either
as a Door Supervisor or as a Security Operative in the retail sector.

Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry (Top Up):
This Qualification is aimed at individuals who require a license renewal to work either as a Door Supervisor or as a Security Operative in the retail sector.
